We don’t charge “artificial” customization or modification fees. The price quote is dependent on the use of precious metals, gemstones, and labor required to bring that design to life.
The steps of production for custom jewelry is no different from our existing products. Most of our jewelry takes 2-3 weeks for production to take place.
In a nutshell, yes. Beware, though, that there may be elements of a design that could affect the structural integrity. In that case, we will utilize our expertise and discretion to make your design structurally sound.
Special custom orders (modififed styles and/or completely custom jewelry) are not eligible for return or exchange.
